I have over 10 years of experience dealing with my own fertility journey and for the past 3 years, I have supported people through fertility struggles, womb health issues, and losses.
I use a science-based and holistic approach to help you get the results that you desire.
What is a Fertility Consultant?
I am a trained holistic health coach, certified pregnancy health coach, master herbalist, nutritional specialist, and certified fertility doula.
I assist people in:
- Making a plan to figure out what their next step will be
- Creating an eating plan that will help you to prepare your body for pregnancy and increase your fertility.
- Providing emotional support and helping you to learn how to work through setbacks and disappointment
- Teaching you to advocate for yourself when dealing with fertility doctors
- Helping you to learn to connect with your womb and address any womb trauma that you may have
- Helping you to reconnect with your partner and learn to enjoy sex again
- Assisting you in learning how to chart so that you know when you’re ovulating
- Showing you how to balance your hormones naturally
- Supporting you in navigating through fertility treatments.
